Hotspots are onboarded through the Wayru .

You must have your Hotspot and funds in your wallet to complete the process.

Once you have downloaded the Mobile App and funded your wallet, do the following:

  • Go to "My Miners", click on "Add Miner,"

  • Choose "Wayru Native", " BYOD", or "Data-Only".

  • Choose the device model you want to onboard.

  • Follow the in-app step-by-step guide to complete the process.

To onboard a Wayru Native Hotspot or BYOD, Hotspot Operators must pay $50 USD in $SOL plus transaction fees.

To onboard a Data-only Node, Hotspot Operators must pay $25 USD in $SOL plus transaction fees.

A unique NFT called the Non-fungible Node (NFN) is minted when onboarding each Hotspot.

Once onboarded, the Non-fungible Node serves as proof of device ownership.

The wallet holding this NFT can claim all token rewards for the newly onboarded Hotspot.
