Each NFN corresponds to a unique, active hotspot within the Wayru network, and hotspot operators mint them as they join the network.

Minting an NFN costs 50 USD in $SOL for Wayru Native Hotspots or BYOD Hotspots, and 10 USD in $SOL for Data-only Hotspots. This helps keep bad actors out.
